We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers for shipping outside the U.S.
RPM charges $12.50 to $30.00 for shipping and handling
to Bongo, then shipping from there to you. Bongo will handle
the shipping to you. The $12.50 to $30.00 will be added to your
purchase. This fee will include any engine kits and most parts.
We do not ship short blocks or engines
outside the U.S. and we do not ship timing sets outside
the U.S. and we do not ship connecting rods or valves outside
the U.S.
Bongo International provides its customers with their
very own US street address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a U.S.
street address, you will be able to make purchases at our website
as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives
your purchases and logs them into their online system where you
can consolidate them with other orders.
But if you purchase from RPM then your order will need to be
purchased from RPM then shipped to Bongo. Then Bongo handles
the shipping and shipping charges from there to you.
This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.
Step-By-Step Order Guide:
1. Browse this website for the products you wish to purchase.
2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking
the Bongo Applink button below.
3. After sign-up, Bongo will provide you with your very own
U.S. street address.
4. Once you have obtained your U.S. street address, call in
to place your order with RPM (435-673-0724). Or you can
e-mail first to check stock
and prices for what you need. But you will still need to call
with your credit card information to purchase your order.
5. Be sure to give us your Bongo issued, U.S. street address
as your Ship To address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo
as the payment method with RPM -- No Exceptions and we will verify
the card is the same one that you set up with Bongo.
7. Once completed, finish your verification process with
Bongo.
8. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly
with Bongo for delivery of your order via online chat or email.
9. If you want the shipment shipped to a different U.S. street address other than your Bongo street address then you will still need to setup your Bongo International account before we can help you because we will still need to verify your credit card information with Bongo.
